Abstract
A novel soybean cultivar, designated 010009, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 010009, to the plants of soybean 010009 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar 010009 with itself or another soybean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar 010009 with another soybean cultivar.

Seed of a soybean variety designated 010009, representative seed having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. ______.
A method for producing a soybean variety 010009-derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a) crossing soybean variety 010009, representative samples of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number ______, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- and
- b) growing said progeny soybean seed, under plant growth conditions, to yield said soybean variety 010009-derived soybean plant.
