Abstract
Process is provided for preparing a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid by means of an enzymic biotransformation in which O-acetyl-L-serine is reacted with a nucleophilic compound, while using an O-Acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase as catalyst, to give a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid. The process is carried out at a pH in the range between pH 5.0 and 7.4.
Claims17
A process for preparing a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid by an enzymic biotransformation comprising
- reacting O-acetyl-L-serine with a nucleophilic compound, while using an O-Acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase as catalyst;
- and
- carrying out the process at a pH in the range between pH 5.0 and 7.4 to produce the non-proteinogenic L-amino acid.
A process for preparing a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid comprising
- reacting o-acetyl-L-serine with a nucleophilic compound, while using an O-Acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase as catalyst, wherein CysM is used as the O-acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase to produce the non-proteinogenic L-amino acid.
A process for preparing a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid comprising
- reacting O-acetyl-L-serine with a nucleophilic compound, while using an O-Acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase as catalyst,
- metering O-acetyl-L-serine, O-acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase and the nucleophilic compound in constantly and, at the same time, removing a solution containing the non-proteinogenic L-amino acid to produce the non-proteinogenic L-amino acid.
A process for preparing a non-proteinogenic L-amino acid comprising
- reacting O-acetyl-L-serine with a nucleophilic compound, while using an O-Acetyl-L-serine sulfhydrylase as catalyst;
- wherein an O-Acetyl-L-serine-containing fermenter broth is used as the O-acetyl-L-serine to produce the non-proteinogenic L-amino acid.
