Abstract
Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in industrial, therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.
Claims4
An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:
- (a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2;
- and
- (b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 or the complement thereof.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the amino acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO:2.
An isolated oligopeptide comprising at least about 12 amino acids in a sequence first disclosed in SEQ ID NO:2.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding an asparaginase activity of the peptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 and that is capable of hybridizing to SEQ ID NO:1, or the complement thereof, under stringent conditions.
