Test tube rack with inserting structure

A test tube rack with the inserting structure comprising of a top tray bridging and jointing a set of bottom tray on the bottom side as the two main parts;

• several rows of inserting holes for the test tubes are mounted on the top tray surface;
• the through holes with the same apertures vertically and relatively to the said inserting holes for the test tubes are disposed on the flexible sandwich plate on the upper portion of the bottom tray set;
• the lower portion of the bottom tray set is mounted with the receiving cups with the same apertures extending downwards and relatively to the said through holes to allow the bottoms of the test tubes to enter and stand inside the receiving cups through the inserting holes and the through holes, is characterized that the bottom tray set is formed by inserting and superposing a flexible sandwich plate, a tray set of receiving cups and a piece of flexible sheet;
• the said through holes are mounted at the proper positions on the flexible sandwich plate with the top portion of the flexible sandwich plate bridging and jointing the bottom of the said top tray;
• the flexible sheet is superposed between the flexible sandwich plate and the tray set of receiving cups with starlike and radial holding holes mounted thereon relative to the said through holes;
• the center diameters of the holding holes are a little smaller than that of both the inserting holes for the test tubes and the through holes on the flexible sandwich plate;
• therefore, when inserting the test tubes, by gently placing the tube bodies, the bottoms of the test tubes will not go through the holding holes but be blocked and supported high by the hole rims of the holding holes;
• if the openings of the test tubes being gently depressed, the bottoms of the test tubes will push through the holding holes and fall into the receiving cups;
• therefore, the test tubes depressed or placed gently stand with various heights for convenient selecting, temporary storing or further conducting the screening and distinguishing.
