The invention relates to a shifting device (1) for transmitting, without force, shifting commands to an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle. The inventive shifting device comprises a gear shift lever (2) which is pivotally mounted in at least one shifting path, and comprises a detection device for detecting the gear shift lever position (P, R, N, D ), as well as a transmitting device for transmitting, without force, shifting commands to the automatic transmission, whereby the detection device and/or the transmission device are/is operated in an at least partially electrical/electromagnetic manner. The invention is characterized in that a means (5-14) for mechanical coupling between the gear shift lever (2) and the automatic transmission is provided which can effect the release of the parking position of the automatic transmission.
Said shifting device (1) for the powerless or non mechanical transmission of shift commands to an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, with a said gearshift lever (2) mounted pivotably in at least one shift gate, with a detection device for detecting the position (P, R, N, D . . . ) of the gearshift lever and a powerless or non mechanical transmission device for transmitting shift commands to the automatic transmission, wherein the detection device and/or the transmission device are operated at least partially electrically/electromagnetically, characterized in that the shifting device has a said means (5-14) for unlocking the parking brake of the automatic transmission in the form of a mechanical coupling between the said gearshift lever (2) and the automatic transmission.
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said means (5-14) for the mechanical coupling between the said gearshift lever (2) and the automatic transmission has a said hook (9), which engages a said counterpiece (10) coupled with the said gearshift lever (2).
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said means (5-14) for the mechanical coupling has a said Bowden cable (5) and/or a linkage and/or a hydraulic connection to the automatic transmission.
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said counterpiece (10) is a bolt connected to the gearshift lever or a roller or the gearshift lever itself
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said second lever arm (8), especially the said hook (9), has a said sliding surface (11), which is beveled such that the said hook (9) can yield during the approach of the said counterpiece (10) and then hooks in.
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said first and second lever arms (7, 8) have two said pivot axes (12, 13), which are arranged in parallel or at right angles to one another.
Said shifting device (1) in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that the said means (15, 16) for unlocking the mechanical coupling between the said gearshift lever (2) and the automatic transmission is a said electrically actuated bolt (16).
Transmission of a motor vehicle for connection to a shifting device in accordance with one of the above claims, characterized in that besides the input for the powerless or non mechanical transmission of the shift commands from the said shifting device (1), a mechanical, power-controlled input is provided for the direct mechanical unlocking of the parking position to the transition into a neutral position.
