Abstract
An exemplary embodiment is a method, system and storage medium for generating a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system. The system includes a user interface and a processor for receiving a request from the user interface to generate an executable tool kit, presenting a basic tool selection list for the tool kit to the user interface, receiving a basic tool selection from the basic tool selection list and generating the tool kit. The system also includes a coordinate measurement system that executes the tool kit.
Claims26
A system for providing a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system, the system comprising:
- a user interface;
- a processor for receiving a request from said user interface to generate the tool kit, presenting a basic tool selection list for said tool kit to said user interface, receiving a basic tool selection from said basic tool selection list and generating said tool kit;
- a coordinate measurement system;
- and
- wherein said coordinate measurement system executes said tool kit.
A system for altering a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system, the system comprising:
- a user interface;
- a processor for receiving a request from said user interface to modify a basic tool selection in the tool kit, presenting a basic tool detail interface to said user interface, receiving an input to said basic tool detail interface and modifying said basic tool selection based on said receiving said input to said basic tool detail interface;
- a coordinate measurement system;
- and
- wherein said coordinate measurement system executes said tool kit.
A method for providing a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system, the method comprising:
- receiving a request from a user interface to generate an executable tool kit;
- presenting a basic tool selection list for said tool kit to said user interface;
- receiving a basic tool selection from said basic tool selection list;
- and
- generating said tool kit in response to the basic tool selection.
A method for providing a tool to a user interface for a coordinate measurement system, the method comprising:
- receiving a request from said user interface to use an executable tool kit;
- receiving a request from said user interface to modify a tool selection in said tool kit;
- presenting a tool detail interface to said user interface;
- receiving an input to said tool detail interface;
- and
- modifying said tool selection based on said receiving said input to said tool detail interface.
A storage medium encoded with a machine-readable computer program code for providing a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system, said storage medium including instructions for causing a processor to implement a method comprising:
- receiving a request from said user interface to generate an executable tool kit;
- presenting a basic tool selection list for said tool kit to said user interface;
- receiving a basic tool selection from said tool selection list;
- and
- generating said tool kit is response to said basic tool selection.
A storage medium encoded with a machine-readable computer program code for altering a tool kit for a coordinate measurement system, said storage medium including instructions for causing a processor to implement a method comprising:
- receiving a request from said user interface to use an executable tool kit;
- receiving a request from said user interface to modify a basic tool selection in said tool kit;
- presenting a basic tool detail interface to said user interface;
- receiving an input to said basic tool detail interface;
- and
- modifying said basic tool selection based on said receiving said input to said basic tool detail interface.
