The present invention provides a system capable of analyzing each user during the user's access to a Web site without load to a server. The system according to the invention is a computer system which is related with a Web server for providing a Web site over the Internet. A base content provided in the Web site is assigned a value representing relationship of the concerned base content with each of multiple customer types of users. The computer system is configured to comprise customer type determining means for accumulating said values for one or more base contents transmitted to a certain user in response to the user's operation when the user is accessing the Web site so as to determine a customer type for that user based on such accumulated value. According to the invention, it is possible to determine a customer type of a user during the user's access to a Web site without load to a server.
