Method of modulating angiogenesis in a cell, tissue or subject and methods of treating an angiogenesis-related disorder include modulating PKCβ activity.
Claims23
A method of modulating angiogenesis in a cell, tissue, or subject comprising:
- modulating a PKCβ activity in a cell, tissue, or subject.
A method of treating an angiogenesis-related disorder in a subject, the method comprising:
- (a) identifying a subject in need of prevention or treatment for an angiogenesis-related disorder;
- and
- (b) administering to the subject an agent that decreases PKCβ activity in a cell or tissue of the subject.
