Abstract
The present application relates to a case (1) for packaging a product (P), particularly a cosmetic product, including a base (2) delimiting at least one housing (2a) containing the product (P), and a lid (4) articulated on the base via an intermediate element (20) capable, in a first configuration of the case, of pivoting both relative to the lid (4) and relative to the base (2), so as to allow the lid (4) to pivot through 360° relative to the base, the intermediate element (20) including catch means (C) capable, in a second configuration of the case, called the “use” configuration, of engaging with complementary catch means (B) of the base (2) so as to allow the locking of the intermediate element (20) on the base (2).
Claims13
Case (1, 101) for packaging a product (P), particularly a cosmetic product, including a base (2, 102) delimiting at least one housing (2a, 102a) containing said product (P), and a lid (4, 104) articulated on the base via an intermediate element (20, 120) capable, in a first configuration of the case, of pivoting both relative to the lid (4, 104) and relative to the base (2, 102), so as to allow the lid (4, 104) to pivot through 360° relative to the base, said intermediate element (20, 120) including catch means (C) capable, in a second configuration of the case, called the “use” configuration, of engaging with complementary catch means (B) of the base (2, 102) so as to allow the irreversible locking of the intermediate element (20, 120) on the base (2, 102), said housing including an opening extending substantially in a plane (X), said intermediate element (20, 120) being, in the use position, arranged substantially entirely on the same side of said plane (X).
Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intermediate element (20, 120) has two longitudinal edges (21, 22), a first articulation axis (A1) being located in the vicinity of a first edge (21) of the intermediate element (20), a second axis (A2) being located in a vicinity of a second edge (22), opposite the first one (21).
Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it defines a receptacle, delimiting at least one compartment (2a, 102a), capable of containing at least one product, particularly a slakable product (P), such as a make-up product.
Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it includes means (2b, 4b) capable of allowing reversible locking in the closed position of the lid (4, 104) on the base (2, 102).
Case (1, 101) for packaging a product (P), particularly a cosmetic product, including a base (2, 102) delimiting at least one housing (2a, 102a) containing said product (P), and a lid (4, 104) articulated on the base via an intermediate element (20, 120) capable, in a first configuration of the case, of pivoting both relative to the lid (4, 104) and relative to the base (2, 102), so as to allow the lid (4, 104) to pivot through 360° relative to the base, said intermediate element (20, 120) including catch means (C) capable, in a second configuration of the case, called the “use” configuration, of engaging with complementary catch means (B) of the base (2, 102) so as to allow the irreversible locking of the intermediate element (20, 120) on the base (2, 102), said complementary catch means (B) being formed by a lateral wall (5) of the base (2, 102), said wall (5) being delimited by a first edge (50) adjacent to the lid in the closed position of the case and a second edge (51) opposite the first one, said complementary catch means (B) being arranged at a distance from the first edge (50).
Case (1, 101) for packaging a product (P), particularly a cosmetic product, including a base (2, 102) delimiting at least one housing (2a, 102a) containing said product (P), and a lid (4, 104) articulated on the base via an intermediate element (20, 120) capable, in a first configuration of the case, of pivoting both relative to the lid (4, 104) and relative to the base (2, 102), so as to allow the lid (4, 104) to pivot through 360° relative to the base, said intermediate element (20, 120) being formed by moulding as a single piece with the base (2, 102), said intermediate element (20, 120) including catch means (C) capable, in a second configuration of the case, called the “use” configuration, of engaging with complementary catch means (B) of the base (2, 102) so as to allow the locking of the intermediate element (20, 120) on the base (2, 102), said complementary catch means (B) being formed by a lateral wall (5) of the base (2, 102), said wall (5) being delimited by a first edge (50) adjacent to the lid in the closed position of the case and a second edge (51) opposite the first one, a first articulation axis (A1) being arranged substantially at the level of the second edge (51).
