Abstract
An oven comprises a housing, heating means for heating the interior space of the housing, and a conveyor belt which extends between an inlet and an outlet of the housing, for passing products which are to be heated through the interior space, which conveyor belt has at least one helical path with turns which are situated above one another and are supported by means of guides, which extend in a corresponding way to the turns and are supported by bearing arms transversely below the turns. Collection means are also provided for the collection of liquids which may accumulate on the bearing arms and/or guides.

Oven, comprising a housing (1), heating means (14-16) for heating the interior space (5) of the housing (1), and a conveyor belt (8) which extends between an inlet (6) and an outlet (7) of the housing (1), for passing products which are to be heated through the interior space (5), which conveyor belt (8) has at least one helical path (10, 11) with turns (12) which are situated above one another and are supported by means of guides (17), which extend in a corresponding way to the turns and are supported by bearing arms (18, 30) transversely below the turns (12), and collection means (22, 25, 26, 31) for the collection of liquids, characterized in that the collection means (22, 25, 26, 31) have an elongated shape and extend according to their longitudinal direction transverse with respect to the turns for the collection of liquids which may accumulate on the bearing arms and/or guides (17).
