A process for producing a resin sheet containing dispersed particles, which comprises a hard coat layer, an epoxy resin layer comprising 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin and up to 200 parts by weight of a diffuser having a refractive index different from that of the epoxy resin and having an average particle diameter of from 0.2 to 100 μm, a gas barrier layer, and a color filter layer and in which the diffuser localizes so as to have a concentration distribution in the direction of the thickness of the epoxy resin layer, the process comprising the steps of successively superposing a gas barrier layer, a color filter layer, and the epoxy resin layer in this order on a substrate coated with a hard coat layer.
