Abstract
The invention provides an electronic part and an electronic device in order to realize their compact size without any shield electrode. The inventive part and device comprise two low-pass filters LPF1, LPF2 and one high-pass filter HPF utilizing the coupling of the magnetic flux generated by inductors ind1, ind2, and ind3 that are located between two grounding electrodes 31 and 131.
Claims8
An electronic part comprising:
- a substrate that contains at least one material selected from a dielectric material and a magnetic material;
- two or more coils that are formed in the inside of the said substrate, the said coils taking the form of a spiral and extending in a predetermined direction;
- and
- two grounding electrodes that are located in the inside or the outer surface of the said substrate, the said two grounding electrodes being aligned in the said predetermined direction in such a way that the two or more coils arc located between the two ground electrodes.
1 more element
A complex electronic device comprising a first electronic part and one or more second electronic part mounted on the said first electronic part,
- wherein at least one of the said first and second electronic parts comprises:
- a substrate that contains at least one material selected from a dielectric material and a magnetic material;
- two or more coils that are formed in the inside of the said substrate, the said coils taking the form of a spiral and extending in a predetermined direction;
- and
- two grounding electrodes that are located in the inside or the outer surface of the said substrate, the said two grounding electrodes being aligned in the said predetermined direction in such a way that the two or more coils are located between the two ground electrodes.
