Rolling bearing with built-in motor

A rolling bearing with a built-in motor, comprising:

• a bearing part including an inner ring, an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements;
• and,
• a motor part including a stator and a rotor for rotationally driving said inner and outer rings of said bearing part with respect to each other,
• wherein said bearing part includes a first bearing ring having a cylindrical-shaped inner fixing portion formed in one end face of said inner ring so as to be coaxial therewith, and a second bearing ring having a cylindrical-shaped outer fixing portion formed in one end face of said outer ring so as to be coaxial therewith, and
• further wherein, when viewed in a radial direction of said rolling bearing, said stator and said rotor of said motor part are interposed between said inner fixing portion of said first bearing ring and said outer fixing portion of said second bearing ring.

A bearing with a motor, comprising:

• a bearing including a plurality of rolling elements interposed between an outer ring and an inner ring;
• a motor housing connected to one end of said outer ring coaxially with said outer ring;
• an ultrasonic motor stator having an outer peripheral surface fixed to an inner peripheral surface of said motor housing;
• and,
• an ultrasonic motor rotor disposed so as to be rotatable with respect to said ultrasonic motor stator and connected to said inner ring through a rotor connecting body.

A bearing with a motor, comprising:

• a bearing including a plurality of rolling elements interposed between an outer ring and an inner ring;
• a motor housing connected to one end of said inner ring coaxially with said inner ring;
• an ultrasonic motor stator having an inner peripheral surface fixed to the outer peripheral surface of said motor housing;
• and,
• an ultrasonic motor rotor disposed so as to be rotatable with respect to said ultrasonic motor stator and connected to said outer ring through a rotor connecting body.

A bearing motor, comprising:

• an outer ring-shaped member;
• an inner ring-shaped member disposed inside said outer ring-shaped member;
• a plurality of roller-shaped rotors rollably interposed between said outer and inner ring-shaped members, each of said roller-shaped rotors including:
• a rotor core formed in a cylindrical shape or a taper shape;
• an outer tube for covering a peripheral surface of said rotor core;
• a field coil wound around the peripheral surface of said rotor core;
• and
• a pair of energizing sleeves for energizing said field coil by field current;
• a retainer for holding said roller-shaped rotors at substantially regular intervals in a peripheral direction of said outer and inner ring-shaped members, said retainer including:
• a pair of annular side plates respectively disposed on the both sides of said roller-shaped rotor;
• and
• a plurality of columnar portions with respective two ends supported by said annular side plates,
• wherein each of said columnar portions includes a pair of magnetic bodies disposed opposed to each other between said mutually adjoining roller-shaped rotors, and a permanent magnet interposed between said pair of magnetic bodies;
• and,
• further wherein said outer and inner ring-shaped members respectively include ring-shaped energizing brushes contactable with said respective energizing sleeves.

A distributing actuator, comprising:

• a distributing element;
• and
• a drive mechanism for driving said distributing element, including:
• a drive motor;
• a nut rotatable about an axis by the drive force of said drive motor;
• a drive shaft including a male screw portion formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof so as to be threadedly engageable with a female screw portion formed in an inner peripheral surface of said nut;
• a first clutch plate drivable and rotatable about the axis by said drive shaft;
• an oscillating arm connected to said first clutch plate through a first connecting pin so as to be oscillated about the axis;
• a second connecting pin connecting said oscillation arm and said distributing element in such a manner that said oscillation arm and said distributing element are rotatable about the axis;
• a second clutch plate disposed opposite to said first clutch plate;
• a guide rod extended from said second clutch plate toward said distributing element;
• a guide member for guiding said distributing element in a longitudinal direction of said guide rod;
• a first electromagnetic clutch interposed between said first clutch plate and said second clutch plate;
• a third clutch plate disposed opposite to said second clutch plate so that said second clutch plate is interposed between said first clutch plate and said third clutch plate;
• a plurality of guide shafts respectively extended parallel to the axis from said third clutch plate;
• a guide shaft support supporting said guide shafts in such a manner that said guide shafts are slidable along a direction of the axis;
• and
• a second electromagnetic clutch interposed between said second clutch plate and said third clutch plate.
