Abstract
A photographic processing element is disclosed, comprising a color developing agent or its precursor. The element further comprises a base or its precursor. An image forming method is also disclosed, comprising superposing a processing element comprising a color developing agent or its precursor on an exposed silver halide photographic material to perform development of the photographic material to form an image.

A photographic processing element comprising a color developing agent or a precursor of a color developing agent.
An image forming method comprising superposing a processing element comprising a color developing agent or a precursor of a color developing agent on an exposed silver halide photographic material comprising a support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer to perform development of the photographic material to form an image.
The image forming method of 22, wherein the processing element comprises a base or a precursor of a base.
The image forming method described in 31, wherein the development is performed at a temperature of 55 to 95° C.;
