Abstract
An improved cutting machine of dual blade feeding for the blind of foamed plastics, more especially an improved cutting machine providing the cutting application for the blind of foamed plastics mainly comprises of a filing board with a squeezing blade and a trimming blade mounted relative to the cutting end; the squeezing blade and the trimming blade respond to a shiftable tool block; during the cutting process, when the squeezing blade and the trimming blades move respectively, the shifting corresponding to the shifting status of the tool block can be used to efficiently provide the two said cutting tools with the resistant force of press cutting to align to the angular position to achieve the efficiency of obtaining an evenly cut end of the foamed plastics.

An improved cutting machine of dual blade feeding for blinds of foamed plastics, more especially an improved cutting machine to be used for cutting the sizes of the blinds of any materials mainly comprises of a machine platform with a threaded rod transversely mounted on the top and cranked by a hand-cranking wheel;
- the said threaded rod is indirectly connected outwards through several retaining blocks to retain a filing board with its upper and lower ends lively mounted in the upper and the lower sliding channels disposed on the said machine platform, wherein one of the end of the filing board is mounted with a squeezing blade and a trimming blade;
- the said squeezing blade projects a little and work onto a shiftable tool block;
- after the squeezing blade cuts pass the shiftable tool block, it can depress the cutting side of the said shifting tool block downwards to permit the trimming blade to cut correspondingly to the cutting side at the tool block.
