Abstract
In order to suppress variations in the set currents of a plurality of constant current circuits, there is provided a processing apparatus having a constant current supply unit including a plurality of constant current circuits, a plurality of sample/hold circuits for sampling/holding current values for maintaining currents supplied from the constant current circuits constant, and a constant current source for supplying a reference current for setting a current value to the plurality of sample/hold circuits.
Claims13
A processing apparatus comprising a constant current supply unit including a plurality of constant current circuits, a plurality of sample/hold circuits each adapted to sample/hold a current value for maintaining a current supplied from each of said constant current circuits constant, and a reference current source adapted to supply a reference current for setting the current value to said plurality of sample/hold circuits.
A processing apparatus comprising:
- a plurality of constant current circuits each including a transistor, the transistor having a control electrode whose potential is controlled to make a constant current flow between main electrodes;
- a switch adapted to connect one main electrode of the transistor to the control electrode of the transistor;
- a capacitor interposed between the other main electrode and the control electrode of the transistor;
- and
- a reference power supply adapted to supply a reference signal to said capacitor through said switch.
