A pet sheet comprising:
- an absorbing material having a good absorbing property for liquid;
- a hydrophilic top sheet provided on the absorbing material;
- and
- a flap which is formed at least adjacent a peripheral edge of the absorbing material to have a free end opening toward the center of the absorbing material, wherein
- the flap has an upper surface of hydrophilic.
