Abstract
A common mode bias voltage generator apparatus and method includes a plurality of MOSFET-based transistors and a plurality of resistors configured and arranged to provide a half of a supply voltage with a predetermined low output impedance while using relatively little power and circuit area.
Claims10
A common mode bias voltage generator apparatus, comprising:
- a supply voltage;
- a common mode bias voltage generator circuit to generate a bias voltage proportional to the supply voltage with a predetermined output impedance and power requirement.
A common mode bias voltage generator apparatus, comprising:
- a supply voltage;
- a plurality of MOSFET-based transistors and a plurality of resistors configured and arranged to provide a half of the supply voltage with a predetermined output impedance and power requirement.
A method of generating a common mode bias voltage, comprising:
- providing a plurality of transistors, a plurality of resistors, and a supply voltage;
- and
- generating a half of the supply voltage with a predetermined output impedance and power requirement.
