Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for the correction of dynamic gun errors. Dynamic gun errors are caused by the movement of a gun tube muzzle area (3) of a gun (1) in the course of continuous firing. To correct these errors, a measurement of the movement of a gun tube muzzle area (3) of a gun (1) is performed during continuous firing for obtaining measured signals. The measured signals are used for correcting the azimuth and elevation of the gun tube (2) in order to compensate the movement of a gun tube muzzle area (3).

A method for the correction of dynamic gun errors caused by the movement of the gun tube muzzle area of a gun tube of a gun aimed in regard to elevation (λ) and azimuth.(α) during continuous firing, characterized in that

during continuous firing a measurement of the movement of the gun tube muzzle area is performed for obtaining measured signals, and
the measured signals are used for correcting the elevation (λ) and the azimuth.(α) of the gun tube in order to compensate the movement of the gun tube muzzle area.

A device for the correction of dynamic gun errors caused by the movement of the gun tube muzzle area of a gun tube of a gun aimed in regard to elevation (λ) and azimuth.(α) during continuous firing, characterized in that

in the gun tube muzzle area a measuring device is arranged on the gun tube in order to measure the movement of the gun tube muzzle area and to output appropriate measured signals,
a regulating unit for processing the measured signals is provided, through which the measuring device is connected with a drive mechanism used for setting the elevation (λ) and the azimuth.(α) of the gun tube in order to change the elevation (λ) and the azimuth (α) of the gun tube as a function of the measured signals, and in the process to compensate the movement of the gun tube muzzle area.
