Abstract
A therapeutical method is disclosed for treating idiopathic asthenozoospermia which comprises orally or parenterally administering to a patient in need thereof a combination preparation comprising in admixture L-carnitine and acetyl L-carnitine or the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, in substantially equimolar amouts.

An orally or parenterally administrable combination preparation comprising in admixture L-carnitine and acetyl L-carnitine or the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, in a molar ratio ranging from 1.5:1 to 1:1.5.
A therapeutical method for treating idiopathic asthenozoospermia which comprises orally or parenterally administering to a patient in need thereof a combination preparation comprising in admixture L-carnitine and acetyl L-carnitine or the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, in a molar ratio ranging from 1.5:1 to 1:1.5.
