Abstract
A quick-connect coupling for hoses or pipes with a coupling housing contains a connection piece and a housing part as well as a plug-type fitting wherein the housing part and the connection piece are realized in the form of two parts.
Claims14
Coupling housing (1) for a quick-connect coupling for hoses or pipes with a housing part (3) for receiving a plug-type fitting (41), and with a connection piece (5) for attaching a hose or a pipe, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) and the housing part (3) are realized in the form of two parts.
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) and the housing part (3) are connected so that they cannot rotate.
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) and the housing part (3) form a positive-fit connection.
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) and the housing part (3) form an integrated connection.
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the housing part (3) contains a first through-hole (21), by the fact that a recess for accommodating a plug-type fitting (41) is provided on the first end (39) of the first through-hole (21), and by the fact that the connection piece (5) is arranged on the second end (40) of the first through-hole (21).
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) is partially arranged in the first through-hole (21).
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the connection piece (5) contains a flange (13) on its end facing the second end (40) of the first through-hole (21).
Coupling housing according to one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the housing part (3) features an opening (9) that is essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the through-hole ([21]), and by the fact that a locking element (11) can be interlocked in the opening (9), with said locking element interlocking a plug-type fitting (41) that is accommodated in the first through-hole (21) in the interlocked condition.
