Watch strap, characterized by the fact that it comprises at least one intermediate element fixed at at least one of its ends comprising on its lateral surfaces slideways adapted to be received slidably in corresponding formations on the lateral internal surfaces of the lugs of a watch casing and by the fact that this intermediate element comprises a flap pivoted about an axis transverse to the bracelet and subject to resilient action;

• this flap comprising a locking nose coacting in service position with a locking surface on the end surface of the watch casing, this nose being applied by said resilient action against said locking surface when the intermediate element is in service position introduced between the lugs of the casing.
