Abstract
An item of clothing, such as a coat, jacket, overcoat or the like, comprising: spacer elements which are arranged at least in an internal part of the shoulders of the item of clothing so as to generate an interspace between the shoulders of the user and the fabric which the item of clothing is made of; elements for venting warm air, produced by the user's body, that has risen in the interspace.

An item of clothing, such as a coat, jacket, overcoat or the like, comprising:
- spacer means which are arranged at least in an internal part of the shoulders of the item of clothing so as to generate an interspace between the shoulders of the user and the fabric which the item of clothing is made of;
- elements for venting warm air, produced by the user's body, that has risen in said interspace.
