## Abstract

A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a control section that determines, in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state, relaxation of at least one of measurement and reporting for radio resource management (RRM) on the basis of a given condition, and a transmitting/receiving section that performs at least one of the measurement and reporting to which the relaxation is applied. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately perform relaxation of measurement/reporting.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A terminal comprising:
a processor that determines, in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state, relaxation of at least one of measurement and reporting of channel state information (CSI) based on a given condition; and
a transmitter/receiver that performs at least one of the measurement and reporting to which the relaxation is applied,
wherein the given condition comprises: a transmission of incapability information that indicates at least one of the measurement and reporting is not supported, and a transmission of information about a period in which at least one of the measurement and reporting is stopped.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The terminal according to claim 1, wherein the given condition is the terminal being under control by a specific base station or cell, and
wherein the specific base station or cell is a base station or cell with a coverage area less than or equal to a given size.

### Claim 3

A radio communication method for a terminal, the radio communication method comprising:
determining, in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state, relaxation of at least one of measurement and reporting of channel state information (CSI) based on a given condition; and
performing at least one of the measurement and reporting to which the relaxation is applied,
wherein the given condition comprises: a transmission of incapability information that indicates at least one of the measurement and reporting is not supported, and a transmission of information about a period in which at least one of the measurement and reporting is stopped.

### Claim 4

A base station comprising:
a processor that judges that relaxation of at least one of measurement and reporting of channel state information (CSI) is applied in a terminal in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state based on a given condition; and
a transmitter that transmits, to the terminal, a signal used for the measurement to which the relaxation is applied,
wherein the given condition comprises: a transmission of incapability information that indicates at least one of the measurement and reporting is not supported, and a transmission of information about a period in which at least one of the measurement and reporting is stopped.
