A light-emitting device having an electron transport layer that includes a first electron transport layer including an inorganic oxide and a second electron transport layer including an organic material is provided. The first electrode is a reflective electrode.

A light-emitting device comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode facing the first electrode;
- and
- an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising an emission layer, wherein
- an electron transport layer is between the emission layer and the first electrode,
- the electron transport layer comprises a first electron transport layer comprising an inorganic oxide and a second electron transport layer comprising a phosphine oxide compound, and
- the first electrode is a reflective electrode.

A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device, the method comprising:
- forming a first electron transport layer by inkjetting a first inkjet composition;
- and
- forming a second electron transport layer by inkjetting a second inkjet composition on the first electron transport layer,
- wherein the second inkjet composition comprises a phosphine oxide compound and a solvent.
