Abstract
A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an interlayer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer, an electron transport layer, a first layer including a p-dopant and a second layer including an n-dopant, wherein the electron transport layer is located between the emission layer and the first electrode, the first layer and the second layer are located between the electron transport layer and the first electrode, and the first electrode is a reflective electrode.

A light-emitting device comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode facing the first electrode;
- and
- an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising an emission layer, an electron transport layer, a first layer comprising a p-dopant and a second layer comprising an n-dopant,
- wherein the electron transport layer is between the emission layer and the first electrode,
- the first layer and the second layer are between the electron transport layer and the first electrode,
- the first layer is in direct contact with the first electrode,
- the second layer is in direct contact with the electron transport layer, and
- the first electrode is a reflective electrode.
