Display panel with dual inorganic insulating layers and display apparatus including the same

A display apparatus, comprising a display panel, wherein the display panel comprises:

• a first base plate,
• wherein the first base plate comprises:
• a first substrate;
• a transistor array layer provided on a side of the first substrate and comprising a transistor;
• a pixel electrode layer and a common electrode layer that are provided on a side of the transistor array layer away from the first substrate, the pixel electrode layer comprising a pixel electrode, and the common electrode layer comprising at least one common electrode;
• a first inorganic insulating layer that is an insulating layer between the transistor array layer and one of the pixel electrode layer and the common electrode layer close to the transistor array layer;
• and
• a second inorganic insulating layer provided between the pixel electrode layer and the common electrode layer,
• wherein the first inorganic insulating layer has a thickness less than or equal to 6,000 angstroms, or the second inorganic insulating layer has a thickness less than or equal to 6,000 angstroms.
