Common spatial filter indication for reference signals in multi-transmission reception point systems

A wireless device (WD), configured to communicate with a network node, the WD comprising:

• processing circuitry configured to:
• receive at least one of an activation command and an indication for a first and second unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state out of a plurality of TCI states, each of the first and second TCI states including quasi co-location (QCL) information for at least one of downlink reception and uplink transmission of a plurality of reference signals by the WD;
• and
• receive signaling indicating an association of each of a plurality of reference signals with one of the first and second TCI states.

A network node, configured to communicate with a wireless device (WD), the network node comprising:

• processing circuitry configured to:
• cause transmission of at least one of an activation command and an indication for a first and second unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state out of a plurality of TCI states, each of the first and second TCI states including quasi co-location (QCL) information for at least one of downlink reception and uplink transmission of a plurality of reference signals by the WD;
• and
• cause transmission of signaling indicating an association of each of a plurality of reference signals with one of the first and second TCI states.
