Method and apparatus for information sending and receiving

An information receiving method applied to a base station, wherein the method comprises:

• determining one or more candidate multi-SIM problems;
• generating a message comprising the one or more candidate multi-SIM problems;
• sending the message to a wireless mobile terminal to instruct the wireless mobile terminal to send a multi-SIM problem notification to the base station in response to determining that a multi-SIM problem which is occurring or will occur belongs to the one or more candidate multi-SIM problems;
• receiving the multi-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) problem notification through an RRC connection establishment request sent by the wireless mobile terminal;
• determining that the multi-SIM problem is occurring or will occur in the wireless mobile terminal, wherein the multi-SIM problem notification is sent by the wireless mobile terminal during a process for establishing an RRC connection with the base station, and the multi-SIM problem comprises communication conflicts that occur in communication operations corresponding to a multi-SIM;
• and
• determining whether to establish an RRC connection with the terminal based on the multi-SIM problem notification.

A wireless mobile electronic device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory for storing processor executable instructions and being communicatively connected to the processor,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• send a multi-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) problem notification to a base station, wherein the multi-SIM problem notification is configured to notify the base station that a multi-SIM problem is occurring or will occur in a wireless mobile terminal, and the multi-SIM problem comprises communication conflicts that occur in communication operations corresponding to a multi-SIM;
• wherein sending the multi-SIM problem notification to the base station comprises:
• during a process for establishing an RRC connection with the base station:
• receiving one or more candidate multi-SIM problems sent by the base station;
• determining the multi-SIM problem which is occurring or will occur within the wireless mobile terminal;
• comparing the multi-SIM problem which is occurring or will occur within the wireless mobile terminal with the one or more candidate multi-SIM problems;
• determining whether the multi-SIM problem which is occurring or will occur within the wireless mobile terminal belongs to the one or more candidate multi-SIM problems;
• and
• in response to determining that the multi-SIM problem which is occurring or will occur belongs to the one or more candidate multi-SIM problems, sending the multi-SIM problem notification to the base station through an RRC connection establishment request so that the base station determines whether to establish the RRC connection based on the multi-SIM problem notification.
