Inter-UE coordination apparatus and method

An inter-UE coordination apparatus, the apparatus comprising:

• a transmitter configured to transmit sidelink control information and sidelink data information, the sidelink control information indicating a reserved resource;
• and
• a processor configured to determine to receive a physical sidelink feedback channel used to indicate that a conflict occurs in the reserved resource;
• wherein there exists a second time interval between the reserved resource and the sidelink control information indicating the reserved resource, there existing a receiving slot of the physical sidelink feedback channel in the second time interval, the second time interval including a third time interval and a fourth time interval, the third time interval being a time interval between the reserved resource and the receiving slot of the physical sidelink feedback channel, and the fourth time interval being an interval between the receiving slot of the physical sidelink feedback channel and the sidelink control information indicating the reserved resource, and
• the third time interval is greater than or equal to a threshold.
