Abstract
A method of manufacturing a motor may include providing a motor stator including a stator core in which a center hole extending in one direction is formed, a coil disposed on a circumference of the center hole and wound around the stator core, and a first impregnated portion which is formed to protrude from one side of the stator core and in which a first connecting hole connected to the center hole is formed, providing a motor rotor including a rotary shaft and a rotor core coupled to the rotary shaft, providing a housing body having one open side and an accommodation space therein, arranging the motor stator in the accommodation space, arranging the motor rotor in the center hole of the motor stator, and providing a housing cover for closing the accommodation space.
Claims4
A motor comprising:
- a motor housing including a housing body having an accommodation space therein with one open side, and a housing cover coupled to the housing body to close the accommodation space;
- a stator core disposed in the accommodation space of the motor housing and including a center hole extending in one direction;
- a coil disposed on a circumference of the center hole of the stator core and wound around the stator core, the coil including a first end-turn portion protruding from one side of the stator core and a second end-turn portion protruding from the other side of the stator core;
- a heat transfer portion interspersed between an inner wall of the motor housing and the end-turn portions of the coil to surround the end-turn portions of the coil, the heat transfer portion configured to transfer heat generated by the coil to the motor housing;
- a rotor core rotatably disposed in the center hole of the stator core;
- and
- a rotary shaft coupled to the rotor core,
- wherein the heat transfer portion comprises:
- a first impregnated body formed by curing a first impregnating liquid on an outer side of the first end-turn portion;
- a second impregnated body formed by curing a first impregnating liquid on an outer side of the second end-turn portion;
- a first heat sink body formed by curing a third impregnating liquid between an outer circumferential surface of the first impregnated body and an inner circumferential surface of the housing body, and between an end portion of the first impregnated body and a cover surface of the housing cover;
- and
- a second heat sink body comprising a first part formed by curing a heat sink liquid between an outer circumferential surface of the second impregnated body and an inner circumferential surface of the housing body, and a second part formed by curing a second impregnating liquid between a lower surface of the second impregnated body and a bottom surface of the housing body.
