User terminal and method for managing status through user terminal after automatically injecting medication

A user terminal for managing a state of a patient after automatically injecting the patient with a medicine, the user terminal configured for diabetes management and having a drug injection program installed thereon, the user terminal comprises:

• a message receiving unit configured to receive at least one message selected from the group consisting of a drug injection message including usage data of a drug injection device, a biometric value measurement message, and a device state message, from a controller via the drug injection program;
• an information registration unit configured to register risk alarm setting information;
• a risk signal generation unit configured to;
• determine, using at least one of the drug injection message, the biometric value measurement message, or the device state message, a risky situation;
• receive, from the controller, a first risk signal corresponding to the risky situation and the risk alarm setting information;
• determine a suitability of a blood sugar value based on blood sugar measurement values before and after an insulin injection included in the biometric value measurement message, an insulin injection amount included in the drug injection message, and a reaction coefficient;
• and
• generate a second risk signal based on the suitability of the blood sugar value determined;
• and
• a risk alarm generation unit configured to generate a risk alarm message according to the first risk signal and the second risk signal, determine a manager according to the first risk signal and the second risk signal, the manager having a manager terminal, and transmit the risk alarm message to the manager terminal or a risk management center.
