Apparatus and methods for communication engagement analysis

A method for communication engagement analysis, the method comprising:

• receiving, using at least a processor, audio data of a subject;
• generating, using the at least a processor and a transcription engine, a transcript of the audio data, wherein the transcript of the audio data comprises a plurality of spoken data associated with temporal data;
• receiving, using the at least a processor, text data of the subject;
• generating, using the at least a processor, as a function of the spoken data of the transcript and the text data, a spoken sentiment datum using a natural language classifier;
• generating, using the at least a processor, as a function of at least the temporal data of the transcript, a temporal engagement datum;
• creating, using the at least a processor, an alignment score by combining the spoken sentiment datum and the temporal engagement datum;
• determining, using the at least a processor, a disengagement risk score using a risk machine-learning model, wherein the risk machine-learning model is configured to receive the alignment score and a user profile;
• and
• displaying, using the at least a processor and a display device, the alignment score, wherein displaying the alignment score comprises generating an alignment graphical user interface, wherein the alignment graphical user interface display the alignment score and the disengagement risk score.
