Image acquisition device

An image acquisition device comprising:

• a mask member configured to have a modulation pattern formed by arranging a plurality of first mask pixels having a first transmittance and a plurality of second mask pixels having a second transmittance different from the first transmittance in a predetermined arrangement, the modulation pattern changing a transmittance of some beams from a subject on an intersecting plane intersecting with an incident direction of the beam;
• a detector including a plurality of pixels that is arranged in a direction intersecting with the incident direction of the beam and detects a beam that has passed through the mask member;
• and
• a processor configured to reconstruct an image using compressed sensing based on data regarding a relative moving amount between the mask member and the subject and detection signals of the plurality of pixels input from the detector, wherein
• sizes of the first mask pixel and the second mask pixel on the intersecting plane are smaller than a size of the pixel of the detector along the intersecting plane, and a size of the modulation pattern on the intersecting plane is larger than the size of the pixel of the detector along the intersecting plane.
