Systems and methods for payment allocation within a capacity plan amongst sub-ledgers

A computer-implemented method for updating sub-ledgers of a capacity plan based on exchange types, the computer-implemented method comprising:

• receiving, by one or more processors via a communication network interface, configuration input indicating configuration parameters for a plurality of sub-ledgers of a ledger and instructions for routing exchanges, the ledger comprising:
• a table including a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, each of the plurality of rows corresponding to a different exchange, and the plurality of columns comprising a column configured to store identifiers of exchanges, a column configured to store exchange data for exchanges, and a column configured to store container identifiers corresponding to container data structures of the plurality of container data structures;
• and
• a plurality of sub-ledgers each made up of a set of rows in the table that include a matching container identifier for a particular container data structure of a plurality of container data structures;
• generating, by one or more processors, one or more control data structures to include executable instructions for routing exchanges to the plurality of sub-ledgers based on characteristics of the exchanges;
• generating, by one or more processors executing the executable instructions of the one or more control data structures, the plurality of sub-ledgers by inserting identifiers of respective container data structures of the plurality of container data structures into rows of the table for exchanges routed to the respective container data structures in the column of the table configured to store container identifiers;
• receiving, by one or more processors via the communication network interface from a computing device, a request to update the capacity plan, the request comprising a value;
• responsive to receiving the request, allocating, by the one or more processors, a portion of the value to each of one or more of the plurality of sub-ledgers according to the priority values of the plurality of sub-ledgers;
• and
• for each sub-ledger allocated the portion of the value:
• querying, by the one or more processors, the ledger to identify each row containing an identifier of a container data structure corresponding to the sub-ledger;
• and
• updating, by the one or more processors, exchange values of the exchanges broadcasted in the rows containing the identifier of the container data structure corresponding to the sub-ledger with the portion of the value according to the configuration parameters in the container data structure corresponding to the sub-ledger.

A system to update sub-ledgers of a capacity plan based on exchange types, comprising:

• a communication network interface to interface with a communication network;
• a plurality of container data structures, each comprising one or more parameters for processing exchanges linked with the container data structure;
• and
• a ledger to broadcast exchanges associated with the capacity plan, the ledger comprising:
• a table including a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, each of the plurality of rows corresponding to a different exchange, and the plurality of columns comprising a column configured to store identifiers of exchanges, a column configured to store exchange data for exchanges, and a column configured to store container identifiers corresponding to container data structures of the plurality of container data structures;
• and
• a plurality of sub-ledgers each made up of a set of rows in the table that include a matching container identifier for a particular container data structure of the plurality of container data structures;
• one or more control data structures containing executable instructions that, when executed, a processing circuit-configured to route exchanges to the plurality of sub-ledgers based on characteristics of the exchanges;
• and
• priority values for the plurality of sub-ledgers,
• wherein each exchange of the ledger is broadcasted within a sub-ledger of the plurality of sub-ledgers according to the control data structure and has a stored association with an exchange value;
• and
• the processing circuit to:
• receive, via the communication network interface, configuration input indicating configuration parameters for the plurality of sub-ledgers and instructions for routing exchanges;
• generate the one or more control data structures to include the executable instructions for routing exchanges to sub-ledgers;
• generate, by executing the executable instructions of the one or more control data structures, the plurality of sub-ledgers by inserting identifiers of respective container data structures of the plurality of container data structures into rows of the table for exchanges routed to the respective container data structures in the column of the table configured to store container identifiers;
• receive, via the communication network interface from a computing device, a request to update the capacity plan, the request comprising a value;
• responsive to receiving the request, allocate a portion of the value to each of one or more of the plurality of sub-ledgers according to the priority values of the plurality of sub-ledgers;
• and
• for each sub-ledger allocated the portion of the value:
• query the ledger to identify each row containing an identifier of a container data structure corresponding to the sub-ledger;
• and
• update exchange values of the exchanges broadcasted in the rows containing the identifier of the container data structure corresponding to the sub-ledger with the portion of the value according to the corresponding configuration parameters.
