Claims13
A computer-implemented method for a service platform, the computer-implemented method comprising:
- a first electronic service platform electronically storing in a computer memory of the first electronic service platform, first item data of a first item associated with a first electronic system, first identity data associated with the first electronic system, second item data of a second item associated with a second electronic system, and second identity data associated with the second electronic system;
- based on the electronically storing of the first item data and the second item data, electronically generating and displaying a graphical user interface that includes a selection option for electronically submitting a single request for a plurality of electronic documents associated with the first item and the second item;
- in response to receiving electronic input from a third electronic system indicating a selection, via the graphical user interface, of the selection option for electronically submitting the single request for a plurality of electronic documents associated with the first item and the second item;
- electronically generating and displaying a second graphical user interface within the first graphical user interface for electronically submitting the single request for the plurality of electronic documents associated with the first item and the second item, in which the second graphical user interface within the first graphical user interface is operably coupled to a module via a connector that is also operably coupled to the first electronic service platform, the computer memory of the first electronic service platform where the first item data and second item data are stored, and a second electronic service platform;
- and
- electronically relaying via the connector, to the second electronic service platform, the single request for the plurality of electronic documents associated with the first item and the second item, in which the single request includes the first item data of the first item and the second item data of the second item;
- in response to the electronically relaying via the connector to the second electronic service platform, the single request for the plurality of electronic documents electronically receiving from the second electronic service platform, via the connector indications of data required to receive the plurality of electronic documents displayed as fillable fields on the second graphical user interface within the first graphical user interface, in which the fillable fields are at least for the identity data associated with the third electronic system in connection with the single request;
- electronically receiving, via the fillable fields in the fillable fields on the second graphical user interface within the first graphical user interface, the identity data associated with the third electronic system in connection with the single request;
- electronically storing in the computer memory, as part of a specific computer memory registry specifically associated with the third electronic system, the identity data associated with the third electronic system;
- electronically generating a first electronic document of the plurality of electronic documents including at least some of the first identity data and at least some of the third electronic system identity data, and a second electronic document of the plurality of electronic documents, including at least some of the second identity data and at least some of the third electronic system identity data;
- electronically causing, via the second graphical user interface, the first electronic document and the second electronic document to be presented;
- electronically receiving an electronic signature from the a user associated with the third electronic system for each of the first electronic document and the second electronic document;
- electronically storing the signed first and second electronic documents;
- and
- upon a logging into the first electronic service platform by the user associated with the third electronic system, the first electronic service platform referencing the computer memory registry to electronically match sign-on credentials of the user associated with the third electronic system with corresponding identity data in the computer memory registry for use in subsequent requests for electronic documents associated with the user, avoiding needing to use computing resources to obtain corresponding identity data via a user interface each time a request for electronic documents requiring the corresponding identity data is received.
