Adaptive agentic workflow plan generation

A method for providing agentic workflow assistance, comprising:

• detecting, in real time, a plurality of first current user interactions with a graphical user interface (GUI);
• determining the plurality of first current user interactions corresponds to a first subset of actions of a first ordered set of actions associated with a first navigation sequence included in a knowledge base, wherein:
• the knowledge base comprises a plurality of navigation sequences including the first navigation sequence,
• each navigation sequence of the plurality of navigation sequences comprises a respective ordered set of actions associated with the GUI for respective system context,
• the respective ordered set of actions associated with each navigation sequence satisfies one or more criteria, and
• the knowledge base further comprises for the first navigation sequence:
• a goal state;
• first system context;
• and
• an indication of a first set of tools configured to perform the first ordered set of actions of the first navigation sequence;
• generating, based on the knowledge base, an agentic workflow plan comprising a second ordered set of actions for execution by a second set of tools to achieve the goal state, wherein the second ordered set of actions and the second set of tools are dynamically adapted from the first ordered set of actions and the first set of tools based on one or more factors;
• and
• providing, via the GUI, agentic workflow assistance based on the agentic workflow plan by executing, by an autonomous agent, one or more actions of the second ordered set of actions using one or more tools of the second set of tools.

A processing system, comprising:

• memory comprising computer-executable instructions;
• and one or more processors configured to execute the computer-executable instructions and cause the processing system to:
• determine that first data, representing first user interactions and first previous system context that are associated with a graphical user interface (GUI), corresponds to a first navigation sequence, the first navigation sequence comprising a first ordered set of actions associated with the GUI for the first previous system context;
• assign a goal state to the first navigation sequence;
• generate a knowledge base comprising at least the first navigation sequence, the goal state, and an indication of a first set of tools configured to perform the first ordered set of actions of the first navigation sequence;
• determine that second data, representing second user interactions and second previous system context that are associated with the GUL corresponds to a second navigation sequence comprising a second ordered set of actions associated with the GUI for the second s system context;
• determine the second ordered set of actions do not satisfy one or more criteria, wherein:
• the knowledge base comprises a plurality of navigation sequences, including the first navigation sequence, and
• based on the second ordered set of actions of the second navigation sequence not satisfying the one or more criteria, the plurality of navigation sequences do not include the second navigation sequence;
• generate, based on the knowledge base, an agentic workflow plan comprising a third ordered set of actions for execution by a second set of tools to achieve the goal state, wherein the third ordered set of actions and the second set of tools are dynamically adapted from the first ordered set of actions and the first set of tools based on one or more factors;
• and
• provide, via the GUI and based on the agentic workflow plan, agentic workflow assistance by executing, by an autonomous agent, one or more actions of the third ordered set of actions using one or more tools of the second set of tools.
