Configuration method and apparatus of dialogue robot, electronic device, medium and product

An electronic device comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory, the processor being configured to, based on instructions stored in the memory, perform a configuration method comprising:
• creating a dialogue robot for a first user, wherein the dialogue robot is for assisting the first user in a dialogue with a second user;
• displaying a configuration interface of the dialogue robot of the first user;
• and
• sending a configuration instruction to the dialogue robot through the configuration interface, wherein the configuration instruction comprises a dialogue strategy for a specified dialogue scene, the specified dialogue scene comprises a second dialogue scene and a third dialogue scene, the second dialogue scene comprises at least one of the second user belonging to a specified category or the second user being a specified user, and the third dialogue scene comprises a topic of the dialogue belonging to the specified category, wherein
• the dialogue strategy for the second dialogue scene comprises:
• participating, in response to the second dialogue scene, in the dialogue between the first user and the second user and sending messages to the second user using the language style, wherein the language style is determined based on an identification or a category of the second user, the second user having the dialogue with the first user,
• the dialogue strategy for the third dialogue scene comprises:
• participating, in response to the third dialogue scene, in the dialogue based on a language style, wherein the language style is based on the topic of the dialogue between the first user and the second user,
• the configuration interface comprises at least one of an input control or a selection control, the input control or the selection control comprising a dialogue scene, and
• the sending the configuration instruction to the dialogue robot through the configuration interface comprises:
• obtaining, in response to a submission operation on the configuration interface, description information and input information of the control on the configuration interface, wherein the description information comprises at least one of information for guiding input or an example of the dialogue strategy;
• determining the configuration instruction based on at least one of the description information or the input information;
• and
• sending the configuration instruction to the dialogue robot.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a configuration method of a dialogue robot:

• creating the dialogue robot for a first user, wherein the dialogue robot is for assisting the first user in a dialogue with a second user;
• displaying a configuration interface of the dialogue robot of the first user;
• and
• sending a configuration instruction to the dialogue robot through the configuration interface, wherein the configuration instruction comprises a dialogue strategy for a specified dialogue scene, the specified dialogue scene comprises a second dialogue scene and a third dialogue scene, the second dialogue scene comprises at least one of the second user belonging to a specified category or the second user being a specified user, and the third dialogue scene comprises a topic of the dialogue belonging to the specified category, wherein
• the dialogue strategy for the second dialogue scene comprises:
• participating, in response to the second dialogue scene, in the dialogue between the first user and the second user and sending messages to the second user using the language style, wherein the language style is determined based on an identification or a category of the second user, the second user having the dialogue with the first user,
• the dialogue strategy for the third dialogue scene comprises:
• participating, in response to the third dialogue scene, in the dialogue based on a language style, wherein the language style is based on the topic of the dialogue between the first user and the second user,
• the configuration interface comprises at least one of an input control or a selection control, the input control or the selection control comprising a dialogue scene, and
• the sending the configuration instruction to the dialogue robot through the configuration interface comprises:
• obtaining, in response to a submission operation on the configuration interface, description information and input information of the control on the configuration interface, wherein the description information comprises at least one of information for guiding input or an example of the dialogue strategy;
• determining the configuration instruction based on at least one of the description information or the input information;
• and
• sending the configuration instruction to the dialogue robot.
