Touch sensing display apparatus and driving method thereof

A driving method of a touch sensing display device including a display panel alternately performing display driving and touch sensing driving and a gate driving circuit including stage circuits for driving gate lines of the display panel, the driving method comprising:

• outputting a display scan signal generated based on a display carry clock to the display panel during a display frame defining a display driving period;
• and
• outputting a touch scan signal generated based on a touch carry clock to the display panel during a touch frame defining a touch sensing driving period,
• wherein a position at which the touch carry clock is generated during a first touch sensing frame included in the touch sensing driving period differs from a position at which the touch carry clock is generated during a second touch sensing frame included in the touch sensing driving period,
• wherein the touch carry clock is generated from a first gate line of the display panel during the first touch sensing frame, and is generated from a last gate line of the display panel during the second touch sensing frame.

A touch sensing display device comprising:

• a display panel configured to alternately perform display driving or touch sensing driving;
• and
• a gate driving circuit including stage circuits for driving gate lines of the display panel,
• wherein the gate driving circuit is configured to output a display scan signal generated based on a display carry clock to the display panel during a display frame corresponding to a display driving period and output a touch scan signal generated based on a touch carry clock to the display panel during a touch frame corresponding to a touch sensing driving period, and
• wherein the touch carry clock is configured to move in a forward direction with respect to the display panel during a first touch sensing frame included in the touch sensing driving period and move in a reverse direction with respect to the display panel during a second touch sensing frame included in the touch sensing driving period.
