Microlens array substrate and preparation method therefor, and display device

A preparation method for a microlens array substrate comprising:

• forming a microlens film layer on a base, wherein the microlens film layer comprises a plurality of microlenses and a spacer portion positioned between adjacent microlenses;
• forming a barrier layer on a side of the microlens film layer away from the base, wherein an orthographic projection of at least part of the barrier layer on the base is overlapped with an orthographic projection of the microlenses on the base;
• and
• forming a light shielding film on a side of the barrier layer away from the base, and performing a patterning process on the light shielding film, so that the light shielding film forms at least one light shielding pattern, wherein an orthographic projection of the at least one light shielding pattern on the base is overlapped with an orthographic projection of the spacer portion on the base;
• wherein the barrier layer comprises a first portion, an orthographic projection of the first portion on the base is overlapped with the orthographic projection of the microlenses on the base, an orthographic projection of at least part of the light shielding pattern on the base is overlapped with the orthographic projection of the microlenses on the base, and at least part of the light shielding pattern is disposed on a side of the first portion away from the base and in contact with the first portion.
