Cell analysis device, cell determination method, and program

A flow cytometry system comprising a flow cytometry device;

• and a cell analysis device;
• wherein the cell analysis device comprises:
• a memory;
• and
• a processing computer connected to the memory and that is configured to:
• extract, from a table, a determination target identifier that is information indicating an identification substance associated with a determination target cell that is a cell of a determination target, wherein the table indicates a corresponding relationship between the cell and the identification substance for each compartment with respect to compartments flowing along a flow path including the cell, the identification substance that is a substance associated with the cell, and the cell and the identification substance are spatially separated in the compartment;
• acquire, from the flow cytometry device, an identifier that is the information for identifying the identification substance included in the compartments flowing along the flow path of the flow cytometry device;
• determine a compartment including the determination target cell among the compartments flowing along the flow path on the basis of the acquired identifier and the extracted determination target identifier;
• and
• output a determination result of the compartment, and
• wherein the flow cytometry device comprises the flow path along which the compartments flow, and detects the identifier.
