Emergency guidance

A system comprising one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which are stored instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:

• detecting, using data from a monitoring system, an emergency condition at a property;
• in response to detecting the emergency condition, identifying a location of a person at the property;
• in response to detecting the emergency condition, computing a first path to be traversed by the person using the location of the person at the property during the emergency condition;
• identifying one or more obstructions along the first path to be traversed by the person at the property;
• in response to identifying the one or more obstructions along the first path, computing, using the location of the person, a second path to be traversed by the person and that does not include the one or more obstructions;
• and
• presenting directions for the second path from the location of the person and that does not include the one or more obstructions.

One or more non-transitory computer storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by one or more computers of a monitoring system that includes one or more sensors installed at a property, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:

• detecting, using data from at least one of the one or more sensors in the monitoring system, an emergency condition at the property;
• in response to detecting the emergency condition, predicting a location of a person who is associated with the property using historical data for the person;
• identifying one or more obstructions along a first path to be traversed by the person at the property;
• and
• presenting directions for a second path from the location of the person and that does not include the one or more obstructions.
