Abstract
A compound represented by the following general formula has excellent light-emitting characteristics and emits light at a short wavelength. Y1 is N—RA; Y2 is O, S, C═O or N—RA; RA is an aryl group, etc.; R1 to R11 each are a hydrogen atom or a substituent; at least one of R1 to R3 is a carbazolyl group substituted with an aryl group, etc.
Claims14
A compound represented by the following general formula (1):
- wherein:
- Y1 represents N—RA,
- Y2 represents N—RA,
- RA each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group,
- R1 to R11 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, none of R1 and R2, R2 and R3, R4 and R5, R5 and R6, R6 and R7, R7 and R8, R8 and R9, R9 and R10, R10 and R11, RA and R4, and RA and R11 bond to each other to form a cyclic structure, provided that at least one of R1, R2 and R3 is a group represented by the following general formula (2),
- wherein R21 to R28 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, R21 and R22, R22 and R23, R23 and R24, R25 and R26, R26 and R27, and R27 and R28 each can bond to each other to form a cyclic structure, provided that R23 and R26 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and * indicates a bonding position.
