Abstract
The present invention relates to humanized antibodies or target-binding fragments or derivatives thereof retaining target binding capacities, which bind to human iRhom2.
Claims13
A humanized antibody binding Inactive Rhomboid family member 2 (iRhom2), or a target-binding fragment, comprising:
- a) a set of three heavy chain and three light chain complementarity determining regions (CDR) selected from the group consisting of:
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 and 24,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 and 32,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 34, 35, 36, 38, 39 and 40, and
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 42, 43, 44, 46, 47 and 48, and/or
- b) a heavy chain/light chain variable domain (HCVD/LCVD) pair selected from the group consisting of:
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 1 and 5,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 17 and 21,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 25 and 29,
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 33 and 37, and
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 41 and 45,
- wherein said antibody or fragment binds to human iRhom2 and/or inhibits or reduces tumor necrosis factor-a-converting enzyme (TACE)/ADAM metallopeptidase domain 17 (ADAM17) activity.
