An isolated polynucleotide encoding from 5′ to 3′:
- (a) a first fusion polypeptide comprising a first multimerization domain, a first transmembrane domain, and an actuator domain;
- (b) a second fusion polypeptide comprising a binding agent;
- a second multimerization domain;
- and a second transmembrane domain.
