Enhanced T-cell receptor star and application thereof

A synthetic T-cell receptor and antigen receptor (STAR),

• containing an α chain and a β chain;
• the α chain containing a first antigen-binding region and a first constant region, and the β chain containing a second antigen-binding region and a second constant region,
• wherein the first constant region is derived from the constant region of the α chain of the mouse T-cell receptor;
• and compared with the constant region of the α chain of the natural mouse T-cell receptor, amino acids at positions 1~4 at the N-terminus are deleted, and amino acids from position 5 to position 18 at the N-terminus are substituted by corresponding amino acids in the constant region of the α chain of the natural human T-cell receptor;
• and numbers of the amino acids refer to SEQ ID NO:
• 2;
• and/or
• wherein the second constant region is derived from the constant region of the β chain of the mouse T-cell receptor;
• and compared with the constant region of the β chain of the natural mouse T-cell receptor, amino acids at positions 1-6 at the N-terminus are deleted, and amino acids from position 7 to position 25 at the N-terminus are substituted by corresponding amino acids in the constant region of the β chain of the natural human T-cell receptor;
