The specification relates to peptide dendrons comprising one or more residues derived from a modified lysine of formula (I), pharmaceutical delivery systems comprising these peptide dendrons, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and to their use in therapy.

A peptide dendron comprising one or more residues derived from a modified lysine, wherein the residue derived from a modified lysine is selected from:
- (2S)-2-amino-6-{[6-(morpholin-4-yl) pyridine-3-carbonyl]amino}hexanoic acid;
- (2S)-2-amino-6-[(thiomorpholine-3-carbonyl) amino]hexanoic acid;
- and
- (2S)-2-amino-6-2-(morpholin-4-yl) acetamido]hexanoic acid.
