An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof which specifically binds to Claudin-18 (CLDN 18), wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises:
- a VH-CDR 1 having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 306, a VH-CDR 2 having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 308, a VH-CDR 3 having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
