Abstract
The present disclosure provides a carrier for promoting Fenton reaction and the preparation process and uses thereof. The carrier for promoting Fenton reaction of the present disclosure achieves the effect of enhancing gene delivery efficiency and gene therapy for cancer through various efficacy experiments.
Claims18
A carrier for promoting Fenton reaction, comprising a Prussian blue nanocube and a lipid component, wherein the lipid component comprises 1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane (DOTAP), aldehyde (CHO) functionalized methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG-aldehyde) and cholesterol, wherein a ratio of the cholesterol to the carrier is 20-35 wt %.
