Abstract
Described herein are methods of treating an autoimmune benign hematological disorder (e.g., ITP, CAD, wAIHA, and TTP) with the Factor B inhibitor LNP023 (iptacopan) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, e.g. iptacopan hydrochloride.

A method of treating cold agglutinin disease (CAD) in a subject, in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of iptacopan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to thereby treat the subject.
